My mother-in-law, Mary Conde (aka Jo-mama!), passed away March 6, 2021 from Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), a rare neurodegenerative disease that has no treatment or cure.
Mary was one in a million, so special in so many ways but especially amazing as a mom and grandma. We miss her and want to honor her through this fundraiser and finding a cure so other families do not have to lose someone special, like we did.
