I Am Here to represent Debbie Clark along with all her siblings who passed away from this prion disease called:

CJD (Genetic/Familial Type) 

Lenora (Mom)Cheryl(Sister)Sandy (Sister) Scott (Nephew) I will continue to be the voice of Debbie Clark who passed away too soon on May20,2025 @ 4:23 pm

I will continue to help others find a cure for ALL prion diseases as best I can. 
Watching this unfold so quickly and indescribablely painful for me has given me some kind of super power strength to keep moving forward one day at a time to find a cure. I encourage all to be humble & kind to donate whatever you can. Over the 30 years with my mother in law AKA: Mom/Gammy /Gam Gam,Gummy,Snoopy.... Debbie had THE Biggest Heart ♥️ She  would always tell us ALL to be humble & kind to each other. Debbie actually showed me the song ? Always be Humble & Kind by Tim McGraw for the first time. I will never forget when she did,we both cried. I was given the gift to be with Debbie when she took her last breath ???????? Guess what One of the songs I played in her ear ....

About Strides for CJD

Strides for CJD is an annual walk/run to raise awareness of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), a rare neurodegenerative disease that has no treatment or cure. Through this event, anyone -- anywhere -- can pay tribute to their loved ones and raise funds for the CJD Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization.

Funds raised support our programs including:

  • Our 24/7 helpline, support groups, conference, and other family programs throughout the year.
  • Research grants to help scientists make important discoveries and bring us closer to a cure.
  • Medical education to help raise awareness and understanding of prion disease.
