I am so excited to participate in Striking Out Domestic Violence, 2020! I had the priviledge of knowing Shirley herself and the group of women who began Shirleys House of Hope. I remember the first time these amazing women shared this calling to open a domestic violence shelter. They started with a calling and hit the ground running. I am amazed to see where God has taken them over the years. I am so proud that our small community has such a place that has helped and changed the lives of so many women and children.
