Hello Friends,

The 27th Annual Strut for Strays fundraising walk is our largest event of the year to support homeless cats and dogs.  I am an avid walker and am excited to walk 2.5 miles to support this good cause. I have been a volunteer at C.A.R.E. (Community Animal Rescue Effort) Adoption Center in Skokie, IL since March 2022 and work with a range of wonderful cats who come in to the shelter from all backgrounds, but have one thing in common: they all want a secure, safe, and loving home. This is where your donation comes in! We provide essential medical care, a safe environment in our "catios," and adoption services to pair our cat (and dog) companions with loving guardians. The hard-working, volunteer community at C.A.R.E. makes great things happen for these animals...that you can count on!

Any amount you can give to support my walk is helpful and all funds will go toward our furry friends.
