When I signed up to volunteer for C.A.R.E, I thought that it would be sad and depressing. It is everything but that.
C.A.R.E has become a home away from home. A place to connect to people that share my values and love for animals. A place to feel appreciated and needed. But most importantly, a loving, healing, nurturing space for countless deserving animals that have been lost, tossed out, mistreated, and ultimately forgotten. I am grateful and blessed to be a part of such an amazing organization and group of people that share my passion and love for animals.
