Throughout the past summer, I have had the incredible privilege of working for the Peterborough Humane Society. Not only did I learned so many amazing things, but I witnessed first hand all the fantastic work everyone in the shelter does for this community. It's not simply a 9:00 - 5:00 for anyone in that shelter, they give away their nights, evening & weekends, advocate fiercely for the wellness of animals in the shelter and the courtroom, and truly go above and beyond to make sure those animals in the shelter are cared for.  

I don't think many people realize all the work that is done behind the scenes.

I am supporting the Peterborough Humane Society because I know they are giving their 100% to ensure every animal in Peterborough is well cared for. That is a HUGE ask, and I can see how impossible it would be without the supporters in the community.

I am giving because I know that my donation will be going back to the animals.
