This December we are helping 24 older kids find their forever families. They'll be traveling from Colombia to communities across the U.S. for three weeks over the holidays.
Host families open their hearts and homes to children in desperate need of an adoptive family. Our hosts are champions for kids, helping them meet prospective families, and many become adoptive families themselves.
