Join me as I support the UC Gardner Center for Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders at the 2025 Sunflower Rev It Up for Parkinson's! My family and I are participating in this event in honor of my Aunt Mary who lost her fight with this disease on July 25, 2019 at the young age of 69 years.  Mary was such an amazing woman and a pillar of our family.  She was there to support and love each of us in our very large family at every milestone event and continued to co-host with her sister the long standing family tradition of gathering for every single holiday with birthday celebrations even when she didn't feel well.  Crocheting was a passionate hobby of hers and she patiently taught every niece in the family this art. It continues to be passed down through the generations.  The sunflower, especially a crocheted sunflower, bears a special meaning to me because it reminds me of Mary.  Please consider joining my team to walk/run in this fun event!  Thank you so much for supporting this very important organization!
