This spring, I will agan be participating in the Swim A Mile | Move A Mile for Women with Cancer to raise funds for the Women's Cancer Resource Center—and I hope you'll continue to sponsor me.

For 40 years, WCRC has been a resource for local women and families navigating cancer, providing free services like practical support, connections to care, and a place to feel understood. These services make a real difference for over 900 East Bay cancer patients and survivors WCRC serves.   As we know, women are often caretakers for both friends and family.   When a woman faces a life altering cancer diagnosis, it's her turn to get care in a nourshing, competent , and kind environment.  

Cancer is something that touches many lives. WCRC ensures that no one has to navigate it alone, and I’m proud to support their work.  I lost my dear big sister to breast cancer at age 45.  The swim gives me a chance to honor her memory.   Be assured that WCRC will spend every penny of your donation in order to improve the lives of women!
