Dear Friends,

This spring, I’m participating in the Swim A Mile | Move A Mile for Women with Cancer to raise funds for the Women's Cancer Resource Center—and I hope you'll consider a contribution!  This is my 19th swim to honor and remember loved ones who have had or have cancer-- and support the WCRC! I am swimming with Brenda Eshkenazi- as the fabulous Sea Horse team!

This year the swim takes place on Mother's Day, Sunday May 10!  And I will be swimming in loving memory of my dear mother, Rena, who had a brave and challenging time dealing with cancer.   I also swim in memory of my sister-in-law, Giselle Goldschmidt, friends Mimi Arfin and Gwynn Simon.  I swim in honor of so many women and men who have or have had cancer.

For 40 years, WCRC has been a resource for local women and families navigating cancer, providing free services like practical support, connections to care, and a place to feel understood. These services make a real difference for over 900 East Bay cancer patients and survivors WCRC serves each year.

Cancer is something that touches so many lives. WCRC ensures that no one has to navigate it alone, and I’m proud to support their work.
