My mom, Sally Schenkman, was described by many as "caring", "generous", "selfless", "the nicest/sweetest person they have ever met", and the list goes on. My mom dedicated her life, inside and outside work, to bettering the ones of those around her, and helping everyone stay optimistic no matter the circumstance. I unfortnately had to wait until after her passing to hear of all the amazing ways she touched others to understand just how special Sally Schenkman really was, and still is.
To continue her legacy, we have partnered with the Randolph YMCA and their "Building What Matters Campaign" to build the The Sally Schenkman ADA Locker Room. I grew up at the YMCA swimming on the team since I was 9 years old until I went to college, and my mom swam at the Randolph Y every morning up until the day she passed away. They are our, and many others, second family and home, and building this locker room would help many others feel the same way.
Please channel Sally's spirit and help us build this locker room by donating in any way you can.
Thank you so much!
