Please join award-winning celebrity portrait photographer Martin Schoeller in support of the Greater West Hollywood Food Coalition in a race to purchase a permanent home for this vital volunteer-run organization which has been serving the homeless and hungry 365 days a year for the past 30 years.
Titled #SycamoreandRomaine after the street corner where the GWHFC serves healthy meals daily to those in need as well as the corner where Schoeller has been photographing the GWHFC's clients for his smash-hit Instagram feed @martinschoeller, the fundraiser aims to purchase a long-term home for the GWHFC which is under constant threat of homelessness itself – as the same intersection has become ground zero for real estate development in Hollywood.
With your help, contributions of $5, $10 or even $1,000+ toward a permanent home for the GWHFC will help stabilize their efforts and also expand their outreach services tenfold. Together, we'll not only help people survive the street, but also help them get off the street for good by providing vital care as well as hope, encouragement, and compassion along the way.
