The tournament is co-ed.

There is one division of six teams, 14 players per team (max 4 male players per team).

• Two male players may be on the ice at one time. This includes the goalie. If the goalie is male, then only one male skater can be on the ice at that time.

Each team has three games comprised of 3 periods: 12 mins, 12 mins and 15 mins. The last period will go to running time if needed to maintain the event schedule.

The tournament is decided by the most points accumulated in each game. A win earns 2 points, a tie 1 point and a loss 0 points.

Ties at the end of a 3-person shoot out or end of all three games will be decided by:

1. Winner of head-to-head game, if played.

2. Least goals allowed.

3. Least number of penalites.

4. Most goals scored in the tournament.
