Tania was a passionate advocate, thoughtful leader, and cherished member of the National Breast Cancer Coalition family. She served as a dedicated member of the NBCC Board of Directors, helping guide and advance the organization's mission to end breast cancer.
Her commitment to research, advocacy, and education touched countless lives and strengthened this movement in lasting ways. Tania believed deeply in the power of informed advocates to drive change and ensure that patients and survivors had a voice at every table where decisions are made.
Honoring the Legacy of Tania
NBCC is establishing the Tania Chomiak-Salvi Memorial Fund to support participation by advocates who otherwise could not attend transformative NBCC programs, including the Leadership Summit, Team Leader Training, and Project LEAD.
These programs prepare advocates to influence science, policy, and research priorities at the highest levels.
Your gift will honor Tania's belief that every advocate deserves the opportunity to learn, lead, and help shape a future beyond breast cancer.
