What are Qgiv and Givi? 

Qgiv is an online donation and event registration platform for nonprofits. Qgiv developed the Givi app so organizations could provide one-click giving for their donors right on their mobile devices. For an organization hosting an auction, the Givi app is the app supporters will use to check in, place bids, and make event purchases.

Registration - The process of purchasing tickets, as well as sending each of your guests thier online tickets.

Check-In - The process of using your email or event search to check-in to bid in the silent auction, either through the Givi app (recommended) or online. This step is required to participate in the auction. 

Registration and Check In Help

Remember: If you're Registered, you have recieved an email notification. If you're Checked-In, you've verified your email in the Givi app (recommended) or online. 

If you purchased one (1) individual ticket:

  • You will receive an email with the subject "Your The Buck Hill Conservation Foundation Casino Royale 2023 Ticket: Registration" from noreply@qgiv.com
  • Follow the prompts to Set Up Bidding, either with the Givi app (recommended) or online, so that you can pariticipate in the silent auction which opens JULY 5tht!

If you purchased multiple tickets: 

  • You will receive an email with the from noreply@qgiv.com
  • Follow the "Manage Tickets" button in this email to take you back to the registration confirmation page
  • Scroll down on the registration confirmation page to find the link to "Manage Your Tickets"
  • On the "Manage Your Tickets" page, you can enter your guests' emails and click "Send Ticket" to send each person their ticke
  • Each ticket holder (including yourself) will receive an email with the subject "Your The Buck Hill Conservation Foundation Casino Royale 2023 Ticket: Registration" from noreply@qgiv.com
  • Follow the prompts to Set Up Bidding, either with the Givi app (recommended) or online, so that you can pariticipate in the silent auction starting JULY 5th!

Please Note: To use the Givi app to participate in the auction, you must check-in through the Givi app! We recommend this!

Silent Auction Bidding

  • Find and enter The Buck Hill Conservation Foundation's Casino Royale in the Givi App
  • Click on your "ticket" for the event on your homepage in the Givi App
  • Click on "Auction Tips and Tricks" for instructions on bidding (see below)

Live Auction Information

The Live Auction will occur after the Silent Auction closes. To bid in the Live Auction, follow the auctioneer's instructions for bidding. You may also bid by raising the electronic paddle on your phone in the Givi App (click on your bidder number as shown below). Please alert an auction committee member should you bid on, and WIN, a live auction item.

Step 2

Two options to enter the event:

  • Enter the email used when you registered. Givi will send you a code via that email. Enter the code. 
  • Search for "The Buck Hill Conservation Foundation Casino Royale". Click "Enter Auction". Add the email you used to register OR REGISTER on Givi.

Payment Information

Please make sure you have a credit card on file so you can bid on the fantastic items:

On the main menu, click "Payment Settings", enter your credit card information.

Text Notifications

Allow text notifications so you can receive outbid alerts and information during the bidding event.
