Chef Abigale Weech-Starkey, The Chop Shop
Chef Abigale Weech-Starkey was born in Key West, Florida. Chef Weech-Starkey is the owner of the beloved Lakeland hangout The Chop Shop Bar & Grill, as well as Abigale’s Custom Catering and Mind & Body Foods. In addition, she previously owned the Floribbean sensation Loco Gringos Cantina, sister restaurant to The Chop Shop, and is the former Food Director of the Salvation Army Florida Division – Lakeland. Chef Weech-Starkey has an International Business degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and had a full scholarship to Stetson University College of Law before choosing the travel and hospitality industry as an alternative to law. She is a mother of two, a cross-country coach and is an active volunteer in the community.
Alexandra Lee, Citizens Bank & Trust
Alexandra Lee is a 4th generation Florida Native and Lakelander. She is a Vice President and Office Manager at Citizens Bank & Trust at the Downtown Lakeland location and has been in the banking industry for 16 years serving her clients. Alexandra is an active member of her community and is currently serving on the board of the Salvation Army of West Polk County and prior, served on the Explorations V Children’s Museum for 9 years.
She has been married for 18 amazing years to her husband, Jarred, and has two beautiful girls, Isabella and Addison. She and her family are active members of Epic Church of Lakeland and the weekends she spends her free time with her family and friends enjoying many of the great community events in Lakeland.
