National Press Club Team Page
James Foley was an American journalist who paid the ultimate price for his reporting on the impact of war on Syrians. This run is held in his honor to raise awareness and support for press freedom and the safe return of American hostages.
The National Press Club has long supported press freedoms at home and around the world. We are proud to join thousands of runners to honor James Foley's legacy and protect the rights of reporters everywhere.
