Final Update before the plunge!! A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who is plunging, coming to support and who has donated!! We are in awe of all the love and support! Keep the fundraising going strong:) We are all so excited for tomorrow and the heat wave we have been blessed with! All shirts and bracelets were picked up this afternoon. If you joined the team after 2pm today you will need to pick up your packet in the morning. If you did not get a Parker's Party t shirt please wear neon or your brightest colors! Tomorrow we will meeting at Barney Callaghan's anytime after 8:30 until 10. We will take a group picture then the buses will depart at 10. We plunge at 11 from the North entrance. We will be back on the southside most likely by 12:15. A few reminders: You must wear shoes! Not flip flops Less clothing the better. shorts/leggings with a t shirt is best. Thick clothing makes it tough! Make sure to bring a towel or two, an extra pair of clothes and shoes, and a garbage bag to hold all of your wet clothes! Everyone is welcome to warm up and celebrate at Barney Callaghan's after! If you are taking the bus please make sure Grace, Kerry, or Rich know tonight. #freezinforareason See you in the morning! Grace We are Parker's Party! Parker is now a 4th grader at St. Barnabas. Parker continues to light up our school and is making incredible strides in and out of the classroom. Together with Parker, his family and friends, teachers, and loved ones we will take the plunge into freezing Lake Michigan to raise support and awareness for people of every age and ability to have the same opportunities that we are all lucky enough to have everyday. We hope you will be able to join us as we #makeasplash for Parker and all those who need a little extra love and support. I was lucky enough to call him one of my amazing students in second grade and he will always hold a special place in my heart. It has been an absolute joy watching him grow up.
