Waterford Kettering High School Team23 Night!

On Friday, October 23 from 7-9PM, Waterford Kettering High School's football team will be hosting a Team23 Night fundraiser during their home game at the stadium to support the Kirk Gibson Foundation for Parkinson's.

Waterford Kettering is Kirk Gibson's alma mater, and Kirk has been a generous benefactor to the Waterford school district. We want our student athletes to understand what it means to be a giver and not a taker, as being exemplified by Team23. Waterford Kettering's Head Football Coach Bob Meyer's own mother was diagnosed with Parkinson's, and along with many other community members, we want to do whatever we can to help raise funds and awareness to promote education, research, and treatment for individuals living with Parkinson's Disease.

We hope you are able to join us! Throughout the game, Team23 signs will be posted around the stadium and announcements will be made about how you can support the Kirk Gibson Foundation. Please click on the button below to support the Foundation! You can make a donation to the Kirk Gibson Foundation at any time, regardless of whether you are able to attend the game.

Why Raise Money for Team23?

Team23 is the community-based fundraising team for the Kirk Gibson Foundation, with the goal of raising money and awareness for the Foundation at a grassroots level.  Every dollar raised through Team23 helps individuals and families living with Parkinson’s move forward with strength, dignity, and hope. Your support advances the mission of the Kirk Gibson Foundation and helps sustain the Kirk Gibson Center for Parkinson’s Wellness, where Members participate in specialized movement and wellness programs designed to improve mobility, independence, and overall well-being.

Through Team23, you make it possible for us to provide life-changing classes and movement programs, meaningful social connections, and a supportive community where people living with Parkinson’s can thrive. Most importantly, your donations help ensure these services remain available at no cost to the individuals and families we serve.

Together, we are creating opportunities for people affected by Parkinson’s to live healthier, more active, and more connected lives. Thank you for helping us make a lasting difference.
