As a graduation requirement, my class was required to create service project and try to find ways to benefit the community. I decided to my presentation on the effects of childhood trauma, abuse, and neglect. My goal is to raise money to help children who are currently experiencing forms of abuse, and to prevent future events of it. I chose CHKD because they specialize in aiding children and protecting them from harm to the best of their capabilities.
