Next January, I'll be running my third Dopey Challenge as part of Walt Disney World's Marathon Weekend. For those that don't know, that's a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, and a Full Marathon in 4 consecutive days totalling 48.6 miles!!! Taking on Dopey is a challenge all by itself, but this year I'm upping the ante by doing the Dopey to Dumbo Challenge. The Dumbo Double Dare Challenge is a 10K and a Half Marathon on consecutive days at Disneyland California, plus I'm running the Disneyland 5k the day before. So this year, I'll be completing a total of 71 miles in a span of 11 days!!!!

And once again, I've decided to make these miles even more magical by partnering with Dragon Master Initiative to raise funds for cancer research.

Dragon Master Initiative's mission is to find and accelerate cures for cancers and other diseases by fostering and rewarding a community of collaboration and innovation. They seek to spread awareness, expedite research and kinder treatments, and improve the quality of life for patients and their families, through using the power of big data.
