Running has been an ever growing challenge I have placed upon myself since my cranial hemorrhage 6 years ago. With the point of always challenging myself to be a better version of myself. 

My first race was a runDisney race and that's when I knew I caught the bug. My first being Wine and Dine 2019, then Princess 2020, progressing to the Wine and Dine Challenge in 2021 and lastly my first full marathon Marathon Weekend 2023. I was able to complete the marathon due to the kindness of strangers so I decided if I were to attempt the Dopey, I had to give back to do it.

For those of you  unfamiliar with the Dopey Challenge, it is a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Full Marathon in four consecutive days. 

Help me run this race and help this wonderful organization raise money for cancer research. 

The Dragon Master Initiative seeks to expand CAVATICA, a free research tool that enables doctors and scientists to instantly share, search and analyze patient data. Expanding this tool will allow researchers to use big data to identify patterns and further their research to uncover cures for cancer more quickly. The Children's Brain Tumor Network (CBTN)is a network of hospitals and other research institutions that have committed to sharing their data via CAVATICA. We’re looking to support the development and expansion of CAVATICA in our partnership with the CBTN.
