Why I run for Team Fired Up

Hi!  I'm Delaney!  

I'm 8 years old and I have been running my whole life.  I have been lucky to run several 5ks at Disney with my mom and dad.  For Springtime Surprise this year, my mom ran for The Dragon Master Foundation.  I helped her fundraise by dressing up and running severa; miles with her during her 24 hour/24 mile challenge, so she brought me along to the team dinner.  I learned about Team Fired Up and all of the amazing things they do to help kids with cancer.  I knew I wanted to be a part of the team, so my mom signed me up to run the 5k during marathon weekend.  So here I am.  I know I am lucky to be a healthy kid and I know there are many who are not so lucky.  I am running for them.  I hope you find it in your heart to donate to my fundraiser.
