I am a current junior at UIUC studying Molecular and Cellular Biology. I'm here in big thanks to District 203 and Naperville Central High School. My K-12 experience helped to shape my interest in science, allowed me to explore interests outside of biology, and prepare me for higher education. My senior year of high school was especially important since it allowed me to dive deeper into biological topics including Anatomy and Physiology and Biotechnology, all of which gave me a unique perspective and experiences that continue to help me in college (ex. getting a job in a research lab, excelling in A&P, knowing that MCB was the major for me). I also see how successful my peers have been and how much their time at Central helped them get to where they are at.
