Dear Friends and Family,

This fall, I’m taking on an exciting and meaningful challenge—I’ll be running the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon as a proud member of Team OLA (Our Lady of the Angels).

I’m not just running 26.2 miles for the physical challenge—I'm running to support the Mission of Our Lady of the Angels, which serves Chicago’s West Humboldt Park neighborhood—one of the city's most underserved communities. Team OLA is transforming lives with compassion and love through after-school programs, food and clothing distribution, spiritual support, and community outreach.

Now I need your help to make each mile count.

My goal is to raise $ 2,100 to support these critical programs, and every dollar makes a direct impact. Whether it’s $10, $26.20 (a dollar per mile!), or more, your generosity will go a long way in supporting children, families, and seniors who rely on the Mission's services.

Funds raised from Team OLA 2025 will be used to:

(1) Help the Mission expand its food pantry + other material distributions

-Mission of Our Lady of the Angels currently serves about 4400 families a month- and growing!

-Help the Mission continue to expand and improve this outreach. 

(2) Help the Mission renovate an additional convent for more sisters!

-We need a separate convent for our young sisters in formation

-This renovation project is essential to the future expansion of our material and spiritual outreach. Additional details about the project will be released once they are available!
