I'm excited to share that I’ll be leading more epic challenges for Team Opportunity to help unlock opportunities for Malawian women living on less than $0.50 per day. I had the honor of visiting these featured communities in Malawi, where I met some of the most inspiring women in my life who changed me forever. Their stories were comprised of pain, sadness, and injustices but also resilience, determination, hard work, joy, love, faith, and abundant hope. These strong and courageous women are the driving force behind Team Opportunity!
Last year, I completed my first endurance challenge at the NYC Marathon, and because of supporters like YOU, was able to help empower over 5 families to rise out of extreme poverty! THANK YOU! This year, I’m upping the ante by taking on a bolder fundraising goal of $20,000 and crazier endurance challenges like climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, hiking the Grand Canyon, and running the Chicago Marathon.
With your support, we will provide additional women with the resources to meet their immediate needs and empower them to start businesses, generate income, feed their families, and send their children to school.
