Thank you for visiting my page! Your support means the world and if you know me, you know teen mental health is a cause near and dear to my heart. This amazing organization helps raise awareness to help educate around depression and suicide prevention. Awareness is the first step to helping a young person reach out for help, so thanks for joining me in the monumental work to help teens grow up happy & healthy.

Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. We create middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.
