In memory of our daughter, Gabriela Christina Fernández, please support TEAM GABRIELA!

We run the Chicago Marathon in memory of our beautiful daughter, Gabriela.   She is our heart, a beautiful soul.  She was a bright light in the world who left us much too soon. Gabriela was full of the kindness and compassion that is so desperately needed in our world. She had so much to give but not the time in which to do it. It is our mission to share Gabriela's goodness with the world starting with adolescents who struggle llike she did, who feel isolated and alone in a world where happiness is elusive and a sense of belonging is just out of reach. Support Team Gabriela as we challenge ourselves to 26.2 miles to honor our daughter and to raise awareness about teenage depression and suicide prevention.
