I’m thrilled to be running my second marathon with Special Children's Charities — an organization I’ve chosen to support again because of the incredible impact I’ve seen it have on people close to me and throughout my community.

Since 1969, SCC has been a driving force for inclusion, opening doors for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive. Through sports, education, and creative programs, they help thousands of athletes across all 77 Chicago neighborhoods build confidence, connection, and purpose.

Your donation directly fuels this important work — supporting year-round athletic training and competitions, art and music therapy, educational opportunities, and the After 22 Project, which helps athletes transition after aging out of Chicago Public Schools. With nearly 70% of participants living at or below the poverty line, every dollar makes a difference.
