Logan Runs 26.2 for Special Children's Charities!

I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to run the 2025 Chicago marathon for the 2nd time on behalf of Special Children's Charities. Growing up, and especially as a college athlete, sports have always been a huge part of my life. They've taught me confidence, teamwork, time management, and resilience — lessons I carry with me every day. I have been fortunate to have access to these opportunities both physically and financially, and that's why this cause means so much to me. Special Children's Charities helps provide children with intellectual and developmental disabilities the chance to experience the joy, growth, and community that sports and recreational programs can bring. Every mile I will run is for them — to help open doors, create memories, and build confidence through inclusion and play. Thank you for supporting my journey and this amazing organization!

Why I'm running for #TeamSCC

Since 1969, Special Children’s Charities has been the driving force behind inclusion and empowerment for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Chicago. 

Special Children’s Charities aims to transcend boundaries and redefine possibilities by serving as a symbol of empowerment and inclusivity within both the disability community and the City of Chicago.

The spirit of accomplishment, inclusion, and joy that are part of the marathon experience are what we strive to provide for thousands of our participants in all 77 Chicago neighborhoods. With your help, we are creating a more inclusive Chicago–one mile at a time.
