This Sunday I’m running my 15th Chicago Marathon — on my birthday!
I don’t love running. But I love Chicago, and I love raising money for Special Children’s Charities, an amazing organization that gives children and adults with intellectual disabilities the chance to play, compete, and grow through sports.
So instead of birthday gifts, I’m asking friends to help me reach my goal of $2,620 — one hundred dollars for every mile. I’ll be fundraising for just one week, so if you’d like to celebrate with me, now’s the time!
