From a young age, sports have been an integral part of my life. They have taught me perseverance, discipline, and accountability, and have brought me joy in overcoming challenges. Through sports, I have learned invaluable lessons and experienced profound personal growth. It is this powerful connection with sports that inspires me to run with Team Special Olympics Chicago.

Team Special Olympics Chicago is a group of runners dedicated to supporting thousands of Chicagoans with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and I am proud to be a member of this team.  

I am passionate about Special Olympics Chicago's cause because I believe in the transformative power of sports. I have seen firsthand how participating in athletic activities can uplift individuals, build confidence, and create lasting friendships. By supporting Special Olympics Chicago, we can help more athletes benefit from these life-changing experiences.
