On May 2nd, I am participating in the Texas Epilepsy Walk at Forest Park and the Fort Worth Zoo. This cause is incredibly close to my heart because of our loss of Sweet Lucas!  We lost him too early in life and no one should be lost so soon in life due to Epilepsy.

Why I’m Walking: I am raising funds to support the Epilepsy Foundation Texas and its mission to provide specialized clinics, summer camps, and mental wellness programs to our community at no cost. Our goal this year is to make Dallas-Fort Worth the "Safest City" in Texas by leading the state in Seizure First Aid (SFA) certification.  Lucas's last summer he had the opportunity to go to camp Spike and had the best time! I want this for every child living with Epilepsy!!!
