As most of you know we lost my beautiful cousin to a heroine addiction. We never think it can happen to “us” or our family but it happens all too often now. There are so many people who make the choice to try to get clean and do not have the insurance or cash to do so. This donation helps those seeking help and their families get it regardless of insurance approval. Anyone lucky enough to spend even a moment with Nicky knows how major this loss is. He was my baby cousin and the most beautiful man. He was fun and funny and never missed one family event. He was very private with his struggles and it’s time to let him be heard. This was his passion. He worked so hard for these kids and helped them all get clean and find peace with this. I owe it to him to help any way I can.
