Hi there! Thank you so much for being here to hear Bubba's story. Mason aka Bubba was diagnosed with Severe Hemophilia A at six months old & it has been a whirlwind since. This boy has had multiple needle pokes, a port-a-cath (central line into his heart), PICC line (another central line into his heart), bleeds into his tissues, muscles, joints, and internally, doctor visits, ER visits, hospital stays, & continues to receive intravenous medication once weekly. To say he is strong or brave would be an understatement. He not only endures it without complaint, but told me he would choose it again if given a choice. He is our real life Superhero & we could not be more proud. Holly & I have had to learn to find & accessing veins in his arms & hands. We have to poke our child with a needle every week. He has already begun learning to do this on his own. Watching your child learn to find a vein & stick himself comes with its own set of emotions. This is OUR JOURNEY & we couldn't change it. We are a Hemophilia family blessed to call Mason, our Bubba, our Bub-Oh, our HERO. We walk for him, we run for him, and we raise funds for HIM. Thank you all so so much for your support.
