Presented by: Future Roots
You're invited to The Elevated Table, a benefit dinner for Future Roots.
The Elevated Table Dinner (Thursday, July 16, 4:30 - 9:00 pm): We’ll welcome you to the Bud's House on the banks of the beautiful silver creek in the center of the historic K bar K Ranch in Picabo. You’ll enjoy the wonderful views of the world famous creek while snacking from a delicious locally sourced grazing table provided by Julie Johnson and Carissa Cooper of NourishMe, and sipping wines from Holesinsky Vineyard and Winery, beer from Sawtooth Brewery, and a custom-crafted signature cocktail.
After happy hour you'll move to The Elevated Table. Once seated, you will feast on four courses prepared by chefs deeply rooted in our local food system. The chefs for the evening include Anne & Scott Mason of Enoteca and Mason Family Provisions, Chris & Rebecca Kastner of CK's Real Food, and Callie & Maeme Rasberry of Rasberrys Bistro & Catering. Each course will be expertly paired with wines from Holesinsky Vineyard and Winery.
The meal will be followed by a live auction and paddle-up featuring items generously provided by individuals and businesses.
