Trick or Treat :)

So to celebrate the scary (or silly) festival, I am hosting a Halloween High Tea as we dress up silly and "trick or treat" to fundraise for the Eliminate project, to work towards eliminating Maternal and Neonatal Tetanus from the face of the earth.
