A Home In 24 – It’s the motto that we created to define our ambitious initiative to build homes, improve health, and educate children in Guatemala. We invite you to join our journey and to share in this opportunity to touch the lives of families thousands of miles away.

In February of 2020 we will travel to Guatemala and partner with The GOD'S CHILD Project to begin building homes for those families in need. Each home will take approximately 24 hours to build - spread across only a few days. Upon completion of each home we will purchase a water filtration system, mattresses, and build bunkbeds for the family. We will then move on to the very next build, working to complete as many homes as possible.

100% of the funds raised here will be used for the following:

• Local foreman and purchase/delivery of building materials per home - $1550
• Water filtration system - $40
• Beds and mattresses - $200

What will it take:

• A couple of motivated volunteers.
• 3 months of networking and planning.
• Over 10,000 miles of combined travel.
• A team working for 4 weeks.
• And most of all…the support and donations from people just like you; who play a critical part in making all of this possible.

A little about us:

Although we both have jobs in order to make a living, we live to volunteer; to help those in need without any expectation of reward or compensation. Between the two of us we have participated in dozens of volunteer projects both domestic and international.
