We’re excited to get involved in the Great Cookie Competition because supporting our community is a core part of who we are. We’re proud to partner with the Girl Scouts of Southern Appalachians each season, from welcoming troops to the ballpark to celebrating them with a pregame parade.

This competition is a fun way to continue that partnership and show our support for an organization that means so much to our community.

Knox and Jackson, are the ultimate Smokies father–son duo. Knox, the Smokies’ Chief of Fan Entertainment, is the strong, lovable bear who leads the charge at Covenant Health Park, always ready to rally the crowd and bring the energy. Right by his side is Jackson, his high-energy son, who’s always ready to race around the bases, dish out high-fives, and pose for photos with fans.  Together, Knox and Jackson are more than mascots, they’re familiar faces throughout the community, spreading smiles, sparking cheers, and bringing Knoxville Smokies spirit to fans of all ages, both inside the ballpark and beyond.
