I believe every girl deserves the chance to dream big and lead boldly. Girl Scouts gave me that chance, and it shaped everything about who I am today. It showed me that leadership can start with something as simple as a box of cookies. I want every girl to have that chance, no matter her circumstances. More About Kelcey | Anakeesta

My name is Kelcey Schenheit, and I am the Sales Manager for Anakeesta and WildSide in the Great Smoky Mountains. I grew up in Minnesota and spent my childhood as a Girl Scout, earning badges, selling cookies, and spending summers at Camp Shingobetimbers. Girl Scouts taught me everything from sewing and archery to how to set a table and paddle a canoe. I was naturally introverted, but cookie season pushed me to speak up and connect with people, and that determination helped me become one of the top sellers in my troop selling more than 150 boxes a season. (Yes, I am still proud of my cookie selling patches, today!)

Participating in Girl Scouts built the foundation of who I am to succeed in my career today. Now I use those same fundamental skills to lead sales for two theme parks and created the Explore Anakeesta Partner Patch Program to help girls discover the same confidence and adventure that changed my life.
