Hi! My name is Elise Thierry, and I’m a 7th grader at Grace Christian School. I’m so excited to tell you about something really fun we’re doing this year—our Patriot Fundraising Challenge!
The Patriot Fundraising Challenge helps raise money to support our school and something really big we’re planning for the future—the Robert R. Gustafson Center. This new building is going to be amazing! It will have a new gym, 12 classrooms, lecture halls, locker rooms, a concession stand, and offices. Cool, right? I can’t wait to see what God has planned for our school, and I’d love for you to help us make it happen.
Here’s how you can help! My personal goal is to raise $450. If I reach my goal, I’ll get to go on a super fun trip to Busch Gardens (yay!).
My class also has a big goal of raising $14,850. If we hit it, we’ll get either an awesome field trip or even a day off from school (fingers crossed for both!). Plus, the class that raises the most money will get a plaque with our name on it in the new Gustafson Center. How cool would that be?
