Some paint may be available onsite. Partials. Perhaps new and unopened. Who knows if it is enough to complete the project. There is no guarantee on availability. If it's onsite and good, use it. If it's not, it will need to be acquired and you would be reimbursed for the cost (provide receipt) and time for acquisition.
Background: In 2023, the red bleachers at Freedom Field had boards replaced and was pressure washed, then paint was attempted to be removed with a belt sander. Eventually, we just removed the boards, relocated them to a power planer and removed the paint in several passes before applying several coats of paint.
