Beta Alpha is an independent fraternity, so donating to THON looks a little different this year. However, we are still determined to raise money in the fight against pediatric cancer.

This year to help with our fundraising efforts, we've partnered with I'm Not Done Yet, a non-profit started in memory of Bobby Menges, a fellow Pike brother at Duke who died after his 3rd and final cancer diagnosis in 2017 in the beginning of his junior year.  All donations will support THON 2024 - Team Pike!

THON is a year-long fundraising and awareness campaign committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by pediatric cancer. These efforts culminate in a 46 hour no sitting, no sleeping, dance marathon. My fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha, alongside our partner sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta are fortunate enough to be dancing for our four THON families: the Dylan Zepp Family, the Jazzy Inch Family, the the Levi Baker family, and the Addy Machemer Family. We are beyond proud to represent these families at THON. 

To date, THON has raised over $200 million for our sole beneficiary, the Four Diamonds Fund at the Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital. Last year alone, THON raised over $15 million For The Kids. Through Pi Kappa Alpha, we are committed to further spread the mission of THON in 2024 and break the fundraising record for a third year in a row.
