Funds raised at Thriving Together will directly support our Hope House program, which provides a stable, family-like home for youth ages 13-17 involved in the child welfare system. Unlike traditional facilities, Hope Houses emphasize trust, connection, and advocacy, ensuring every youth has a place to call home.
This year, we are expanding our Hope House program to Illinois as we open 5 homes in the state, and we will have 17 Hope Houses throughout Illinois and Florida by the end of 2025. Help us reach our goal of raising $170,000 to fund this critical program!
