It's been a challenging year but there have been opportunities to prioritize our lives.  We've had time to think about ways we can make an impact, and Jud and I are excited to share that we're joining Team Michelle's efforts to put an end to breast cancer.

Team Michelle is an amazing nonproft focused on providing financial support to breast cancer survivors and their families and raising funds for cancer research.  The team annually walks in the Susan G. Komen 3-day walk in San Diego and plans have had to change this year. The first ever virtual 10 mile walk will be held on Nov. 7 to support their essential programs and projects.The team's goal is to raise $70,000 which will fund two research projects at UCI Chao Center in Irvine, California and KU Med in Kansas City. It will also fund Acts of Love gifts that are awarded throughout the year to those currently battling breast cancer.
