Our Great Pyrenese we adopted from a shelter and Harley, is the best dog anyone could have or want!!  As I read and hear about stories of dogs being left at shelters, left on farms, the horrors of puppy mills, dogs having their muzzles taped shut, etc it just breaks my heart and literally I cry.  

If our humane society has more money they are able to adopt more of these kinds of dogs out than put them down.  The saddest part of this all is it's not the dogs fault they are put down, it's the humans fault!!  Its the human that should be put down!!

 I've had 3 dogs and all rescued!  They all hold a very special place in my heart and they all were/special to me for different reasons.  Harley is my best friend and I'm telling you one of these days he's going to talk back to me!  :)

When I heard Bob Downy on 1011 News say that JUST $10.00 can chip a dog for adoption or vacinate 2 for adoption I knew I had to help!!  I'm hoping that you as my friends will feel the need and want to help as well.  I'm not asking for a lot just what you can afford to help our dogs in the City of Lincoln!!  It's very easy just click on donate and follow the instructions from there!!
