Join SEAN in helping  The FOUNDATION 'STRIKE DOWN BARRIERS'.
 
The FOUNDATION has helped Sean from the beginning with providing  him with his first iPad so he could communicate when he was non-verbal and has continued to this day with speech therapy for clarity of speech. The FOUNDATION has also grown with Sean doing College/Career Day at UCF, T21 Club for Adults and many other activities encouraging him into the young adult he is today.
 
Sean wants me to share that his favorite things that the FOUNDATION provides are all the social events throughout the year. The monthly 321 Club, the DS Dance Party, Summer Pool Party and the Fancy Dress up Christmas Party and much more. The FOUNDATION also pivoted quickly and continues to provide MANY Social activities on Zoom for our DS Kids that continue to be at HIGH Risk to Covid. This was EXTREMELY important for Sean's well being during the ongoing pandemic.
 
The FOUNDATION provides programs and scholarships (they awarded almost $140,000 in scholarships including over $17,000 in COVID grants in 2020 and have awarded over $1,100,000 in scholarships since 2010) to help individuals with Down syndrome reach their full potential and to help create more inclusive communities. TOUR OF CHAMPIONS on February 27th.
