Together we can help end women's homelessness
Hello to my friends and family! This month, I'm participating in a fundraiser through the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles. I'm doing this together with my sorority at Occidental College, Delta Omicron Tau. Our organization has been working with the DWC for many years, and as Philathropy Chair for our sorority, I think it is so important now more than ever to support the DWC!
One in three people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles are women. Help me raise funds for the Downtown Women's Center this month as they continue getting women out of homelessness amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Downtown Women’s Center (DWC) is the only organization in Los Angeles focused exclusively on serving and empowering women experiencing homelessness and formerly homeless women. DWC envisions a Los Angeles with every woman housed and on a path to personal stability.
