Ever since I was 14 and started to babysit, I knew I wanted to work with and support children and famlies and go into the Early Childhood Field.  At 16, I started working at the Oak Park Park District as a camp counselor/coach and then soon went into the Early Childhood Field to became a teacher and then director. Since then I have been working with and supporting children and families as a director of 3 childcare centers, an adjunct instructor at Triton College since 2007,  a Program Director for Parenthesis Family Center for 2 years, and for the last 4 years Director of Family Support for New Moms. I especially feel blessed to be a part of an agency, New Moms, that focuses on supporting young moms and families with family support, jobs and homes.  This type of support from one agency is unique and believe it should be a model for others.  So please donate to our mission so New Moms can continue to support more moms and families!!ll
