Being a part of Girls Rise Up has been an incredible way to heal and connect with other motherless women and girls. I have loved being paired with my little sister Nevaeh. We continue to try new things together and learn from each other. I know this program is having an impact for her as it continues to connect her to girls with similar experiences to hers and experiences that help her learn more about herself, what she values, and where she wants to go in the world. This program is truly invaluable in helping girls and women heal and grieve their mothers in a healthy meaningful, and transformational way.
